Il Panforte del Mugnaio had a genuinely special product, a grandmother's recipe wood fired in Tuscany, and no commercial structure around it. We built it end to end: the business plan, the brand and website, and the content engine that reaches customers. Their panforte is now served at Osteria delle Tre Panche in Florence.
